DRYING
Never let your lingerie dry in the washing machine, on the radiator or in the dryer. The heat from these drying methods can damage the bras’ fabrics, in particular, elasticated fabrics, which can lose their elasticity if dried this way.
Playtex therefore recommends letting your underwear dry naturally by laying it down on a dry surface or by hanging it from a clothesline.
Never try to wring out your bras after washing, let them drip-dry before stretching out the fabric. This helps to avoid any deformation of the cups during drying. Do not leave delicate items to dry in direct sunlight.
STORE WITH CARE
Piling your underwear into drawers is not the best way to store your lingerie. Poor storage could lead to your lingerie being damaged and snagged. Playtex recommends that you carefully fold and place your underwear in draws with a lined bottom, away from direct sunlight.
Use separators to keep your bras away from other lingerie items as the clasps can snag other items of lingerie. Soft cup bras can be folded in half, with the cups placed inside of each other. Other bras, such as padded or sculpted shape bras, can be placed side by side to help preserve the shape and the fit of the cups.
Knickers can be folded into 3 to form a small square to preserve them properly.
Your lingerie is now ready to wear, just as good as new!
