How do I return my order?

Head over to our returns portal on the following link and enter in your order ID and email address: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/portal/mZ4Q?selectedCultureId=2057

All you have to do is select the items you wish to return, before downloading a return label (the cost of return will later be deducted from your refund).

You can use this label to return your item(s), or you can choose your own delivery method to return your item(s) to the following address (you will solely be responsible for the costs):

It is the customer's responsibility to retain all proof of the return. It is therefore highly recommended to return the products via registered mail or any other method that provides a specific date.

We will only refund items that have not been worn or washed, and still have their labels. You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your item(s).

 

How much does a return cost?

We have lowered costs for our returns if you go through our returns portal. Returns now cost only £4.90. This amount is deducted from your total refund.

If you choose an alternative return method, you are solely responsible for the costs and the return.

Can I return a product that was not ordered on the website www.playtex.co.uk?

No, it is not possible. You can only return a product purchased from the online store www.playtex.co.uk.

 

What to do in case of non-compliant or defective products?

If you find an error in the preparation of your order or a defective product, contact customer service to receive a prepaid return label through this form: https://service.global-e.com/yi/kb-tag/returns-refunds .

The non-compliant or defective product(s) must be returned to Playtex® in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivered accessories (straps, bags, etc.), the delivery document, and the original cardboard size label. The product(s) must have been purchased on the website www.playtex.co.uk. Items that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, used, or dirty will not be refunded. Accessories that are integral parts of the finished product must also be returned. A return will not be accepted if an accessory is missing. In this case, the return costs will be covered by Playtex®. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return.

If all the above conditions are met, Playtex® will refund the customer the total amount of the returned products and initial shipping costs within 28 calendar days from receipt of the returned products. The effective date of credit to your account may vary depending on your banking contract.

 

Can I exchange my items?

Unfortunately you can't exchange your item(s). You can always return them and order again with Playtex.co.uk.

 

How will I know if you have received the returned products?

We will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item and will proceed with processing your refund.

 

When will I receive my refund?

It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department processes the refund

Should your refund not be processed within 21 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package so that we can investigate further.
